It is important that you set ground rules before a swinging session. This is something that is going to make the entire experience more enjoyable for everybody involved. The sooner you let them know what your ground rules are and what you want from the situation, the less tension there will be. You want to make sure that you let them know if you have specific rules that you have to follow.

With Your Partner

If you have a partner and swing with them, then it is common for there to be specific rules that you set for each other. This is a great way to get your trust built up. You have to make sure that you let your swinging partners know what the boundaries are that you and your regular partner have set up. This is the best way to side step the jealousy that is so common with swinging couples.

With Their Partner

If you are swinging with someone that has a partner you must be respectful of both of their wishes. This is something that is going to be important to both of them. If you want to be able to make the experience one that is going to be a good time, then you need to be sure to follow their rules that they have set.

Building Trust

It is all about building trust as a swinger. Many people find that they cannot be swingers because they have trust or jealousy issues. Whenever you have boundaries and are able to follow them, you can help to make you and your partners feel a lot more secure.

As a swinger you will have to make sure that you are able to understand how to respect other swinger’s privacy. This is something that is going to mean a lot to the ones that ask for it. A lot of swingers do not want their swinging life to be a part of the rest of their life. This means that you have to make sure to help them to keep it a secret from their family and friends.

Meeting Up

The biggest way to protect the privacy of another swinger is being cautious of where you meet up. Should you meet up at their home, then you must not show up there unless you have been invited. You have to make sure that you don’t meet them in a place where they will be uncomfortable or have to worry about running into someone that they know. Neither one of you will have a good time if you ignore their need of privacy.

Keeping Quiet

It is important that you do not tell anybody that you are swinging with them if they are trying to be quiet about it. This is something that can turn into a big mess that they will have to clean up on their own. You should not share the names of your swinging partners unless you are sure that they are okay with it.

Calling or Showing Up

It is important that you do not call or show up at their home or place of business unless they have specifically asked you to. Swinging is something that a lot of people have to keep secret for the sake of their relationships and jobs.
