It is important that you set ground rules before a swinging session. This is something that is going to make the entire experience more enjoyable for everybody involved. This is the best way to side step the jealousy that is so common with swinging couples.

With Their Partner

If you are swinging with someone that has a partner you must be respectful of both of their wishes. This is something that is going to be important to both of them. If you want to be able to make the experience one that is going to be a good time, then you need to be sure to follow their rules that they have set.

Building Trust

It is all about building trust as a swinger. Many people find that they cannot be swingers because they have trust or jealousy issues. Whenever you have boundaries and are able to follow them, you can help to make you and your partners feel a lot more secure.
